I have had a similar experience but my case is attributed to greed and not a system malfunction. I have always found it so difficult to cash out games even when the amount is the amount I have wished for when I bet sometimes. Let me share my most recent experience here.

Just looking at the video, I felt sad because I remembered my ex-husband who was crazy about gambling, destroying our small family.
