Forkdelta is what I used before to buy and sell ether tokens, it worked well.  The other exchanges you mentioned might also have tokens, but forkelta specializes in tokens, and you're buying from other people.  Your ICO might also announce the exchanges that they got accepted too.

You can do it P2P trading or you can just find an exchange where the coin is listed. If the coin has a community then you might find someone who wanted to buy your coin but I bet it would be lower than the ICO price and there is the risk that you will not be paid unless you sell it to your friend that might be interested in it. The team may also buy back the coin after some time. Check their roadmap if they have any plans of doing it.

Lots of places to sell tokens which in my opinion are good. Among them are Etherdelta, HitBTC, KuKoin and other good selling places. I think if you choose Etherdelta as the place to sell your token it is a good idea, because Etherdelta is a good place and is well known among many Crypto users.

You can sell your airdrop tokens in exchange. But it's better to hold your token first until the price is equal. Because the token price will usually drop when the new list is exchanged.
