You should sell immediately after you received your token. Token price will drop after distribution so you must sell as fast as you can to secure your money. If you see the project is promising, you can buy later when price get down.

when you get a token and already have an exchange into ETH / BTC if you need money you can sell tokens that you can BUT if you want more profits you can hold the token you get

Before that did you buy the token, got it from airdrops or bounty. Theses are the questions to ask yourself. If you bought the tokens there is no need for you to sell it in such a hurry. If it is airdrops and bounty I prefer you sell it because they market will see a massive dump and then you can buy in cheaply price

I hold it pending when the price hits ico price or beyond it.
Except otherwise I needed money urgently, I don't care to sell.
Holding is more profitable.

the best option when see market condition like now is selling the token after received before the price going down so deep again, especially new coin/token from ico campaign, i'm fully not trust them again

There are tons of metrics you can look at. For example, if you believe in the project, are the metrics of the token is good, how is team going about the contribution at github etc.

It depend you. If you needs money, you can sell it. I personally prefer wait to follow the roadmap.

Well it depends on the way , that you wanna keep your position  . Nothing is predictable in these days , maybe you want to split the risks and you can keep the half and hold on to some of it or you can search and trade it with another coin or altcoin .  Good luck

To sell immediately tokens are certainly not worth it, because the project can be quite promising and selling your coins at once you can lose money!
