The account was created recently and that user already made 20+ one/two liner posts with 5 minutes interval on average (burst posting) just for today. He's also necro bumping.

Thanks for the explanatory information. But there is a situation like this, the answers given are somewhat related to the topic. I mean, the topics that are opened should not be questions with only one answer. For example, the answer to what is monero is a sentence. But questions like how do you think the future of the monero would be more logical. But of course, not only should they write for writing, but those who have really high quality thinking should write.

Doesn't look like a spammer to me, just low quality posting.

Suggestion:

If you are granted the LQP tag, you will not be able to transfer points to tokens and your participation in different contest and giveaways will not be counted - improve the quality of your posts to have tag removed."

Or as admin says, just ignore. But pretty sure this is what LQP membership is for to be honest.

Numbers 1 and 4 would warrant an evaluation.

If the user is spamming links, use directly the report button on the post posted by the spammer.

But if the user is simply posting too much posts in a very short amount of time you can report him by posting his profile link below, each will be evaluated, and if the decision is that you are right, you will get a + karma.

Numbers 2 and 3 would add to the case that the user is indeed a (signature) spammer.

So a combination of both.

Numbers 1 and 4 sounds like me, I even have badges for no.1. "too active" as well as "super active". Even if it's not to be encouraged.
2 and 3 is more the issue here I guess. Someone else can decide, don't have to access to LQP membership anyway.

Yes some posts are very short length. Next time I will elaborate my post length as possible. Thanks very much to catch my mistakes. Please see my previous posts and all post are enough length and charterers.
