i dont see bounties been affected by bear markets because most of them do not pay early and even if they do pay most are not on exchange yet therefore no transactions would be made until exchange and by then the market would have stabilized

In the respect of topic, bounty is still good if you lay your hands/investments into a concretized project that has come to stay. Lots of ICO projects today only comes to take peoples hard earned money and disappear. Good projects remains good for the investors, bounty hunters and the project itself even at the bare market, cause when the bull run starts you'll see the beauty of it.

Bad conditions have started from June 2018 and now it is in horrible position. Most of the bounty hunters are now keeping away theirselves from bounty. They don't pay except from few projects, that are worthless. But i think it is not a solution to keep away form bounty, rather we should promote as much as possible to recover from the situation.
