Bounty is still good or not when the bear market?

Nowadays bounties are decreasing because the cryptomarket situation is very is not good although some bounties are running correctly but the bounty rewards is too low I think this situation to bounties whether good or bad just keep work and be patience untill the market recover.

Honestly, directly, confidently speaking bounty is good either the market is down or not.
Why? Better to have bounties than nothing at all times.
Chances is there while bounties are there.
The absence of bounties is the absence of chances.

Actually I still think bounty is good whether in bear or in the bull market, in the bear market when the price is cheap you can buy coins and hold till when the price goes up.
