For me, the coins that I use besides investing and trading are Ethereum coins, I use Ethereum coins in addition to transactions and trading I also use to buy ICO and gas, and also for payments, there are actually many functions that can be used by Ethereum coins, whereas for other coins I didn't pay too much attention, because the number that reached thousands I couldn't monitor everything.

Cryptocurrency was made as an alternative way of payment. I mainly use Bitcoin, but ETH is needed to buy erc20 tokens and as gas to do transactions. A great benefit, is, that nobody freeze your funds as in a bank account. For me, the main benefit of cryptocurrency is economic freedom.

In my country, it still cannot use for payment to buy daily needs like foods, services, and soon. It just use for daily trading. There are some altcoins that are suitable for daily trading on my local exchanges. It is the only thing that I do with crypto right now.   

Yes, I understand. Indeed, for now, crypto still can't get the maximum it can be used to pay or transact like money. Most people use it for investment and short-term trading.

Actually, for the real benefits for me, I don't really use it for everyday transaction. I mean that I'm not a day trading, I just trade some coins if there is more times and also good coins to buy at the real time. However, I use the cryptocurrency for investment, this is for long term.
