Generally, if the team wants to be anonymous is hidding some future action that goes against the interest of investors.
This is my conclusion based on my experience in ICO projects.
So, be aware and check all informations available.

The main goal of any ICO is to attract more investors and news projects to your person, which is why it is a good way to stand out.
