Anything can happen, before or after Bitcoin halving. Bitcoin has been known for suprises and the bull run of 2017 is one greatest. It can also be  bear suprise, but as for this halving event, the bull could happen after halving and hit another level, may be above $9000 this time. Let watch and see this play be out.

Will it experience the same thing as a bubble that will make the price of bitcoin increase dramatically? It could be that bitcoin exceeds the highest price due to the halving effect that is happening soon

It is hardly worth arguing that the volatility of the bitcoin price has decreased. There is no reason for such a change in bitcoin. Bitcoin can stand still for a while, and then sharply change its price by 10-20 percent at once.
There is not enough confidence that Bitcoin in connection with the May halving, in six months, will significantly increase in price. It also cannot be said that this is impossible. We need to prepare for such a possible event.

Bitcoin has a history of going up in price after halving events, it has never encountered an economic crisis like the one that is happening now catalyzed by the COVID-19 pandemic, so it is uncertain whether this time its prices will follow past trends or not.

Pandemic seriously disrupt the entire flow of worldwide economic development and disable almost every business sector when lockdown strictly implemented in first wave. Everyone feels the same bored and sometimes worried about the next days ahead.
Thanks to humanity that we are on progress going back to normal life once the vaccine officially approved. This also implies that if the world health organization(WHO) announce that we successfully conquer covid, now we may live peacefully and let's back to normal.
Probably Bitcoin scenario from that day will become different due to undisrupted economic ecosystem. The people will not hesitate to invest in Bitcoin and altcoins too.
Its not a problem whether the price of Bitcoin increase rapidly or slowly. The important is we(people in the world) gain the victory against covid and Bitcoin is possible to go up trend after all of these.

Bitcoin is about to reduce its volatility. If the price of Bitcoin falls in the market then there are many cases of increase. However, if the price of Bitcoin goes down, it can recover later. That fact is not unknown to any of us. Bitcoin is everyone's favorite currency. Very dear to me. I prefer Bitcoin for investment. I have benefited by investing in Bitcoin. However, I have invested in some altcoins that have not made me profitable. So I always support bitcoin. If anyone wants to advise me to invest, I would advise them to invest in bitcoin. However, it is possible to benefit from this investment in different ways. So you have to invest with intelligence.

I don't think Bitcoin is about to reduce it'ss volitility because there are huge activities around the world on Bitcoin usege. In my opinion, a greater number of users in the world are trading Bitcoin which, I think brings about volitility ( the up and down price movement). There are increasing Bitcoin movement on the dayly basis, especially buying and selling and based on this situation, Bitcoin may continue to fluctuate.

Maybe we will see near December if there will be a bull run like 2017, If it will happen again it is better to save more btc

Yes, I also believe It will happen at December, the bull run like 2017 will happen soon. In my opinion, bitcoin halving affected the bitcoin price and other Crypto, But Not so high as 2017. I read many investors have predicted, bitcoin will bull run at the end of this year or middle the next year. I believe with this prediction mate.
I see bitcoin has started good performance now.

Just to remind you about the halving, that when the first and second halving happened, bitcoin start went up a year later, so not in the same year. The third halving occurred this year, so it is certain that a high increase even beyond 2017 will occur next year, starting at the end of this year bitcoin will reach its starting point around $ 15K.

The halving does not really have an impact on the price of bitcoin, what makes the price good is that when more people use the coin the price will increase.

The halving does not really have an impact on the price of bitcoin, what makes the price good is that when more people use the coin the price will increase.
It can hardly be said that the last halving did not affect the price of bitcoin, which is now above $ 60,000. Then they only dreamed that bitcoin would reach its previous price level of $ 20,000 and did not even think about the current price, except for a very distant future.
Regarding the fact that the price volatility of bitcoin will decrease, it is also hardly worth agreeing with this. Practice shows that the higher the price of bitcoin, the greater the amplitude of its price fluctuations.
