I’m new here, hopefully this is posted in an appropriate section. Has anyone had problems with moving crypto out of uphold? I have tried for 3 days to get their authentication process completed. Dozens of emails back and forth, after finally completing the process and receiving the “cool down” email okaying further transactions, still unable to move crypto to another wallet. Anyone else have problems similar with uphold? I talked to two colleagues and they said they had the same experience. Their response to me was to stop contacting them with new emails and now don’t respond at all.
