in most cases if you get banned for breaking the forum rules you wont get your account back to work because you already knows the rules and you broke them , but this question must be answered by the admin himself .

If you are banned, it might be by mistake ...
As sometimes the ban triggers when you use a banned ip, or sometimes for various server cache reasons.

In case you are banned:
First > go to the telegram group and give your username and tell that somehow you got banned.
If you can not access telegram > send a reply email to the emails you get from the forum.

Depends what it's for. It's only really disruptive spammers that get banned, others are just severely punished and heavily moderated.

Actually I guess you are trying to say if you can recover your account back on the ground that it was banned or restricted based on your failure to follow the rules and regulations of the forum.
Well I think that depends on the level of your offences and the kind of punishment you get may differ

If you continue to use multiple accounts in the forum, you will need to run the account using a duplicate clone as instructed by the admin.  And if you've deleted an account and want to get it back, that's possible.

It is possible to recover the account by deleting it.  However, in order to recover, you need to take the help of the admin.  If you can discuss with the admin then you can recover your account.

I have no idea about this question because I never delete any accounts in bitcoin talk and altcointalk. But so far I know deleted accounts cannot be recovered. But you can ask this question directly to admin sir, he can solve your problems .
