Paper Money vs. Digital Currency

Bitcoin is still far from a fiat currency, and it is incorrect to compare it with them.

As popularity I think bitcoin is popular but we know the government against crypto currency at several countries.
I think It's the reason why, so difficult to happen.
But I believe we will see paperless, everything will be digital, crypto will dominant

There are already many countries in the world that accept and legalize Bitcoin. I don't think it is the main reason why most people still prefer using fiats (paper money). The main reason is many people still don't think digital money is more effective to use. Especially in remote places that have no capability to adopt digital money.

Fiat currency has a close relationship with bank systems and Crypto has decentralized blockchain technology, crypto adoption should have entered several countries such as El Salvador, but because the government is not able to regulate crypto, until now the rules for its use are still strict and continue to be monitored.

In the next 10 years, we are unlikely to switch to digital currency. The dominance of paper money is too great, in my opinion, it should take at least 50 years for society to accept digital money and abandon paper money.

Despite the fact that the states themselves see some advantages of digital money over paper money, paper money will still exist and so far I don’t see any rejection of it at all. In some cases and for certain categories of people, paper money is simply necessary. It should also be remembered that paper money is untraceable by states compared to their digital types of money. Therefore, paper money will decrease in circulation, but will not go anywhere. Digital and paper money have their own advantages and disadvantages, so they may well coexist together.

Its always a win-win situation for digital money. Its seignorage is quite low and negligible as compared to paper money, with the huge bills government owned printing and minting presses rack up. This is the future for me

Many countries have almost abandoned cash payments and switched to non-cash payments, while the digital currency is not legal tender for them.... and it should not.
