90% of people talk positively about Bitcoin. So I still believe that Bitcoin will be the only medium of next generation transactions. The way transactions are done through virtual is quite. People have taken bitcoin transactions much easier. So we will see the new look of Bitcoin in the next world. So the improvement of Bitcoin can happen at any time. And it is happening now. If someone has bitcoins, plan to keep them for a long time. Because in any case in the next world you will be able to use Bitcoin.

« Reply #31 on: October 12, 2021, 02:20:52 PM »

I am reading some Bitcoin stuffs online and this headline caught my attention: "Is Bitcoin a religion? If not, it soon could be" and I thought to myself that maybe to some people indeed Bitcoin is functioning like some form of faith while already not believing the current financial and monetary set-up established by our government a long time ago.

But honestly, since I have my own religious beliefs to, I can not be easily carried away by any religious and emotional appeals, and I realize that there can be many people like me who might not like the idea of brining Bitcoin into the religious realm.

Now, having said that, do you think there can be advantages to Bitcoin if we start linking it to religious matters?

Bitcoin is not religion and never will be.
Maybe We.all believe in this coin, but It just asset that we used it for investment.
I think Religion is other thing
Don't call bitcoin as religions.
But It depends on what do you want to believe.

From my point of view, I see this is not good at all! We all agree that Bitcoin has become a major source of profit for so many people in the world, Bitcoin has changed the lives of many and I am also one of them! We should respect Bitcoin but not associate it with religious issues, there are people in the world who have very strong religious beliefs so this will not look good to them at all and it can cause problems for future generations. So those who are starting to associate Bitcoin with religion I think it's best to stop immediately!

It is very foolish to associate Bitcoin with religion or to believe in it as a religion.  I love Bitcoin a lot just because of trading investments and financial transactions.  Religion has nothing to do with Bitcoin.  It is true that Bitcoin has changed the lives of many financially.  If this blind faith is not yet avoided, it can cause many problems for future generations.

Every human being should have religious beliefs of their own religion.  Because it is not possible to lead a good life without religious beliefs.  You can't consider him a religion because of his superstition about something.  Bitcoin is the most popular electronic currency.  Which everyone wants to get their own.  It is an economic matter not a religious or superstitious one.  You can never take it to a religious level. It is nothing but very orthodoxy.

Every human being needs to know about himself.  Because he can't believe anything if he doesn't know how to be good about himself.  So he needs to have a lot of ideas about his own knowledge.  Bitcoin is an electronic currency.  This is the coin but but we all want to get it.  You can never take Bitcoin as your religion.  It is nothing more than very orthodox.  That's all I think.

Bitcoin is not a belief or religion but Bitcoin is a digital asset!
Bitcoin has its market and it is something that everyone can access because Bitcoin is very simple to use to trade.
I am also sure that this Bitcoin is a digital asset of the future and I am sure that Bitcoin will continue to have perfect value as long as it continues to be traded!

I have a religion that I have believed in since I was born because indeed I am also a rather religious person because religion for me is a benchmark for being able to live safely, peacefully and comfortably.
I see that this Bitcoin is not a religion but this Bitcoin is a business and this Bitcoin business is on a digital path which is definitely Bitcoin and this religion seems like a huge difference between digital and real life.

I agree. Bitcoin is an industry - an already very popular and profitable industry. It does need anything else really, people love it as it is.

bitcoin can be used for whatever you want and bitcoin has a very high demand, that's why bitcoin is the main alternative and can even be used as a new religion.

It's a little bit funny if said Bitcoin is a new religion. How can? But I personally also cannot blame them because everybody has their own beliefs and thoughts. However, imagine if Bitcoin is a new religion, what will happen when the price of BTC keeps decreasing? Many people will be stressed and they will be disappointed with their religion?

I agree with some opinions of the members above that Bitcoin is Bitcoin, religion is a religion. We cannot make Bitcoin as a religion likely making money as God. In this case, belief is something simple but also complicated at once. And we can't force others to believe in this.

Religion means believing in something powerful.  However, religion can never be compared with Bitcoin, so it would be completely wrong to compare.  No matter what religion you belong to, if you believe in something, you must respect it.

Cryptocurrency is one thing, religion is another.  Cryptocurrency can never be compared to religion because religion is an unrealistically powerful thing to believe without seeing it.  In cryptocurrency we will never compare with religion and cryptocurrency or bitcoin is not compatible with religion.
