The price will not hit 1000 after the forks. Instead, it will most probably drop to 60 ETH/USD.

You are actually correct. It is highly possible for ETH to return at the $1k mark after hardfork with its upgrade adding POS feature into it. I didn't really understand the whole process and details but I have a strong feeling it will rise and take back rank 2 at Coinmarketcap. Let us just cross our fingers and see if it brings us happiness into our 2018 sad faces.

Hardfork for Ethereum Classic Vision is a SCAM and I get that information in various telegram groups.
I think that if there was an FUD like this then this would be a price decrease for Ethereum.

Today, Ethereum Classic Vision starts the series of hard forks scheduled for the Ethereum Network this month. It will be followed by Ethereum Nowa and last but not least is the much awaited and of consequence, Ethereum Constantinople. These upgrades will help improve the work of the network significantly. Although at some point, we may experience some ups and downs after the implementation. Irregardless, i'm convinced that a faster and more efficient Ethereum is forthcoming, that a growth in ETH's value is bound to happen.

Neither there are hardforks or not the price won't go beyond uncontrol.
Thinking every coins below bitcoin is under bitcoin's manipulation opf price.
