Why do some people stop their crypto project?

In a short while that I have been in cryptocurrency I have seen so many crypto project and fantastic budget and planned you see that some of them still left the project unfinished some even do stop the crypto project without any pre_information about the sudden change of plans concerning the particular project so what do you think about the crypto project that have been suspended half way , what do you think that should be done for this kind of the attitude of crypto developer's concerning crypto project abandoned project.

I think some people stop their crypto  project  because they dont reach softcap or their project is not interesting.  When the market  is going down,  I think investor afraid to invest their money.  It also cause many projects  are fail or suspended.

there are many factors that make the crypto project stop halfway in my opinion,

I guess the reasons are likely to be:
-They are are scammers.
-Unskilled programmers unable to do what the project what them to do.
-They can't cover the cost to keep the project running.

I see some reasons related to stopping their crypto projects :
1. They planned scam projects from the beginning so they just delay and delay but finally the team members will disappear.

I think it is mostly because they are terrible projects run by terrible developers. They just gave on on their project and left. I think giving up is pathetic personally. They waste peoples investment money since there are many projects that are willing to dedicate their lives to their project and those are the projects we should be supporting and putting our money into. The team behind the project reaches a point and becomes bankrupt. In most cases, this problem comes due to the aforementioned reasons. Some startups acquire loans from financial institutions to create a project, during the process of work, the team involved start disintegrating, and even others run away with the money meant for the project, remember the loan has to be paid, and what follows is the closure of the project.
