I think this is still like in a subsidiary, especially in the case of Business transactions for Stellar.
I have read the article and conclude a bit if Elliptic aims to be a transparent tool in Stellar coin transactions.

Although Stellar does not yet have something to break the system to be better, but at least Elliptic proves that Stellar is still being developed by its team.
