Monero is the leading cryptocurrency with a focus on private and censorship-resistant transactions.
Most existing cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, have transparent blockchains, meaning that transactions are openly verifiable and traceable by anyone in the world. Furthermore, sending and receiving addresses for these transactions may potentially be linkable to a person's real-world identity.
Monero uses cryptography to shield sending and receiving addresses, as well as transacted amounts.

Although both use blockchain technology, but bitcoin (BTC) and monero (XMR) have some very clear differences. In Monero, this digital currency is very focused on privacy so that transactions cannot be seen unless authorized by the user. with the sender's address, the recipient's address, and the number of transactions "hidden" with RingCT technology while the bitcoin network, everyone can see transparently all the transactions that occur. The address of the sender, the recipient's address, and the number of transactions can be easily seen in blockexplorer.com and blockchain.info. this is the advantage of Monero

Monero:
1. Mineable - it focuses away from ASIC so a simple CPU can mine profitably.
2. Private - Addresses and transactions are not publicly visible.

Monero is a decentralized blockchain which allows for complete anonymity of the transactions of its users when they use its network.

Monero is also more decentralized since its CryptoNight algorithm helps in keeping ASICs away from Monero mining.

Monero has multiple standout features making it unique from most other cryptocurrencies. Check here to know more about What is monero (https://seo spaminfo/monero/what-is-monero)? it's future and benefits of using it.

Monero (XMR) is an open-source cryptocurrency created in April 2014 that focuses on fungibility and decentralization. Monero uses an obfuscated public ledger, meaning anybody can broadcast or send transactions, but no outside observer can tell the source, amount or destination. Monero uses a Proof of Work mechanism to issue new coins and incentivize miners to secure the network and validate transactions. The privacy afforded by Monero has attracted illicit use by people interested in evading law enforcement during events such as the WannaCry Ransomware Attack, or on the dark web buying illegal substances. Despite this, Monero is actively encouraged to those seeking financial privacy, since payments and account balances remain entirely hidden, which is not the standard for most cryptocurrencies.

Monero is a crypto that is completely anonymous and private which allows payments to be made internationally. This began in 2014, the year in which most of the altcoins we know today.

Unlike Bitcoin, Monero is much more anonymous and private, famous for being used on black markets around the world. Although crypto has their origin in Deepweb, BTC is not liked by the public on the dark side of the web.

These are cryptocurrency like popular Bitcoin and Ethereum. However, Monero is different in many aspects; the main difference lies in the blockchain confusion algorithm and the protocol they use, namely cryptoNote.

Yea, private send has been one its dominant features and has also made Monero a very popular coin out there. Monero is genuinely untraceable, untrackable, and unlinkable. As a sender or receiver of Monero, you don’t have to worry about the person on the other end of the transaction taking due precaution. You’re automatically protected by the way Monero operates.

Monero is the world’s first private, secure, and untraceable digital currency of the internet. Launched in April 2014,  It can be said that Moreno is like a more confidential Bitcoin. Monero is not just another clone of Bitcoin’s core code. This cryptocurrency is made from scratch. Monero was originally launched under the name BitMonero. This word is a compound of Bit (as in Bitcoin) and Monero (literally meaning “coin” in Esperanto). However, the community opted for the name to be shortened to just Monero five days later.

Monero is an open-source, privacy-oriented cryptocurrency that was launched in April 2014. The developers involved introduced this innovative cryptocurrency without setting aside any for themselves, and the team has relied on donations and the broader community to further development.
Monero leverages ring signatures and stealth addresses to obscure the identity of senders and recipients. Ring signatures combine or ‘mix’ a user’s account keys with public keys obtained from monero’s blockchain to create a ‘ring’ of possible signers, meaning outside observers cannot link a signature to a specific user.

Monero is a type of decentralized digital currency that may be used without any third party. It’s now in the top-20 popular cryptocurrency in the world. Let's see what differs Monero from all the other types of digital currency. Monero starts in 2012 when the first cryptocurrency based on CryptoNote technology appeared. It was Bytecoin. What makes it so special? CryptoNote ensures privacy of all the transactions by grouping public keys together. That was a great effort. But it didn't work out, because it turned out that 80% of coins that would never be mined already existed. The next step was inventing Bitmonero or Monero. We don't know names of all of the people who created it. Five of them decided to keep it in secret. Only two developers are known - Riccardo Spagni and David Latapie.

Monero was launched in April 2014. It was a fair, pre-announced launch of the CryptoNote reference code. There was no premine or instamine, and no portion of the block reward goes to development. See the original Bitcointalk thread here. The founder, thankful_for_today, proposed some controversial changes that the community disagreed with. A fallout ensued, and the Monero Core Team forked the project with the community following this new Core Team. This Core Team has provided oversight since.

Monero (XMR) is a cryptocurrency which focuses on being untraceable and private. Its design differs from Bitcoin’s in a few key ways, but it should be understood as a cryptocurrency similar to Bitcoin – it can be used to buy and sell things, and can be exchanged for other  coins or tokens.
So Monero XMR is a cryptocurrency focused on privacy and anonymity. Bitcoin is actually pseudonymous and BTC transactions are still traceable, but XMR transactions can be fully anonymized like physical cash. It is a fork of Bytecoin, the original privacy coin.
