I already searched polkadot in the defi list but I can't find it in the defi list. So I think polkadot not a defi project. But I am not 100% sure.

Its not belong to defi ecosystem  since Polkadot  only offers financial services to most defi proejcts like data prices and different data that can be manage by the Polkadot platform but in the project itself it cannot belong to defi its services will use by defi for clarifications.
