The position of the government and the Central Bank of Russia in relation to cryptocurrency has long been known to everyone, it is almost complete rejection of almost everything related to cryptocurrency, especially in the field of their use as a means of payment. There are many valid reasons why Russia would not want a full-blown acceptance of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency on its economy and of course the biggest reason is that it is beyond their own control.
