Title: Remove clone voting ability

Being a duplicate profile, it seems like a bad idea having the ability to vote in polls (as I have already done so, see badge). Best remove this option. But bring back the modify button if possible sir?

forum allows you to manage duplicate accounts. That's why many users are using it, like you. The modify button has been restored. Good job
