Hi, i am having problem with not enough having dollars in MEW for transaction on exchanges for coins. Please write what to do?

I guess you should deposit more money in your MEW because doing transaction in the ETH network is really expensive.. Moving erc20 tokens in the exchange is almost $20 transaction fees..

Ethereum alway have big problem about high transaction fee.
OP should have enough Ethereum at her / his MEW or always check the transaction fee everytime,   You can do transaction at the time with lower transaction fee , But It's annoying.
So, buy more Ethereum is the best way to do if you want to do transaction.

Your coin is probably an ether blockchain. So, it will cost more to swap these coins. However, in order to swap your coins, you need to collect dollars. So, collect Ethereum from someone, and then swap.

If the coins is an ether Blockchain, we must have ether to do transaction.
So, We should choose the coins that used other platform, maybe BSC , TRC20 or other are better.
ERC20 coins are very annoying now.
We have 20$ to do transaction.

I am assuming that just like me, your tokens or coins can be under the Ethereum network since they are in MEW. Now, the best thing to do, of course, is to add ETH to your wallet. And you can buy it from exchanges we have around. I am not sure if MEW is already allowing its users to buy ETH directly from them but that would be great option if it is provided. MEW used to be a very popular wallet service provider but they stop innovating so it is not anymore that used often by many even by those in Ethereum network.

High transaction fee is always be the problems for bounty hunter, trader and Investors.
Yeah we should buy Ethereum in exchange and send to our MEW.
Many people hope gas fee will lower, but it seems impossible.
Although Ethereum 2.0 has been launched, but didn't have good effect.

This has become a classic problem for all Ethereum network users, If our assets are not enough to make transactions then there is no other way but we have to add our ETH amount to the Wallet.  Or if we want to be patient, we can wait until the cost of ETH gas goes down... But I don't know, how long we have to wait!

ERC 20 tokens have too much fee instead of BEP 20 coins, when you try to swap you should have to keep your fee when you convert if you didn't have then deposit because this is the only option .

It’s better that you deposit enough ETH to your wallet to cover transaction fees.

To track gas fees live, you can check this one: https://etherscan.io/gastracker (https://etherscan.io/gastracker)

At least you have an idea about the fees before you are going to transfer, swap or exchange a specific ERC20 token.

Hope this helps.

If you are using mew, that means you only have a small amount over this platform wallet, you need to add more for this
matter, because ERC20 in terms of transaction charge is expensive in terms of fee's. This is the only thing you can do for this one dude nothing else.

Gas fee is depending on traffic and also Ethereum price .
If you used the coins that integrate to ERC20 platform, You should have ETH for your gas fee. It's too expensive.
Better to invest in BSC coins, cheaper.

now there are many crypto with cheap gas fees such as BNB or Solana.

The gas fees has limited so many people from carrying out transaction on it's network. The current high gas fee situation has pave the ways for other networks to excel, and thank to the newest Blockchain projects on the crypto space. In addition, if the gas fee situation persist, the Ethereum network will definitely dwindling down in term of users participations world wide.

Crypto transactions have fees. But they can be very different. For example, Etheteum network is too expensive. I prefer Binance Smart Chain BEP20 , it is cheap, so I usually use this network.

There is no way to solve the problem except sending ETH again to your MEW and making it as gas free. Additionally, you can wait until the fee is decreased, but it may be little bit hard because the fee is commonly increasing, moreover when the transaction is crowded enough. Ethereum network really needs high fee so far.

You need to deposit more ethereum to your wallet. I'm sure you will find it difficult because the withdrawal fees from the market for ethereum are very large. but i have a solution for that, you can use market FTX. There every time I withdraw ethereum has a lower withdrawal fee than other markets.

Yes, that's right, only by increasing the amount of Ethereum in the Wallet will he be able to make deliveries from MEW to the exchange, the Erc20 network fee is indeed very high and this often irritates us. For Ethereum withdrawals to private wallets, FTX Exchange is currently the one that provides the cheapest withdrawal fees from other exchanges.

That's true, He or she should deposit more to Tod transaction.
Buy Ethereum at exchange and send to your wallet.
Because we all see Ethereum has the big problems, very expensive transaction fee.
It make us annoyed and must pay high cost for transaction.
After Ethereum 2.0 launched, also didn't have good effect.

I think It's good way to do.
Talking about Ethereum gas fee, It's so high for little trader or investors like me.
Several time I also couldn't do transaction because didn't have gas.

The only way to fill the fee is by sending more ETH to your MEW. Fr, we cannot send the tokens if we do have not enough fees. We must also have remaining fees on the MEW wallet in order to be able to send the tokens. As we know, today's fees are high enough so ensure that the fee is at least higher than the gas to be needed. Check always the eth gas station to know the gas around

yeah, always check gas station to know the gas , But It will make us busy enough.
We know Ethereum transaction fee is so high, we should prepare gas fee before do transaction.
Maybe almost all member here annoying about this problem, but forget it.
better to use other smart contract because Ethereum team seems didn't have good solution.

Because the current gas fee of Ethereum is so high now.
It's the big problem for us, As many people said.
But I also read at Q2 this year, Ethereum 2.0 will launch completely, It will reduce the high gas fee.
Hopefully It can be.

MEW is a MyEtherWallet which can detect existing transactions and can also check on blockchains that have been set up, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon Matic, Avalanche etc.
If the OP needs a few dollars for transaction fees from the Ethereum network then it will definitely be a heavy burden because it is very expensive, but if the transaction fees from Binance Smart Chain, Polygon Matic, and Avalanche it will feel very cheap and just ask OP's friend who has gas costs. lol

There is nothing much you can do except to top up your wallet with more Ethereum lmfao, eth transactions are so expensive, better use Bep20 network or other chains in future to collect tokens or coins based on other chains, eth blockchain is like money-losing machine lol

Dollars, do you have enough Ethereum to make a transaction, I mean ETH to pay gas fees, if you don't have enough Ethereum then you have to buy it, MEW provides many payment features using fiat to buy ETH

You should buy Ethereum on exchange maybe binance , kucoin, bitmart, got it or other.
Then send to MEW and  do transaction.
It's simple.
If you didn't have funds, You can participate in bounty campaign, then if you got tokens , you can convert in stable coins or Ethereum.

You have to increase the amount of your Eth so that you can send your coins in MEW, the high transaction fees on the ERC20 network really make people disappointed. And actually this is a big problem that has been talked about for a long time. There is no other way to solve this problem, unless you increase your Eth amount so you can make transactions.

If this is under ERC20, you need to deposit at least 300-500$ if I am not mistaken, due to the transaction fee is surely expensive than you thought dude. That is why it is much better to use under BSC than ERC20, but of course this is just a piece of advise coming from me based on my experienced.

Hi, i am having problem with not enough having dollars in MEW for transaction on exchanges for coins. Please write what to do?
Actually, your question is quite simple to answer, if you don't have enough funds and not enough to make a transaction, wait until you have it and all you have to do is send it so that your transaction can be successful.
but maybe what you are asking may be more specific, now what coin will you exchange? Usually if you're on MEW, you'll definitely do it on the erc20 platform, which currently has a very high gas cost.
so if you can provide a more detailed explanation, maybe other colleagues will be able to help find a solution.

If it is the eth wallet you are using then deposit some eth for transaction fees. Every blockchain approves transactions through miners and they got these fees as rewards. This is how crypto blockchain network. There is some variety of it must most basic fundamentals are the same. Google it to learn more details about it.

Ethereum developer should rethink about their gas problem.

recently I made a transaction on Opensea, to transfer NFT it costs $4 in Ethereum, I think the existence of ETH 2.0 can make the fee lower like in 2016

Until now, the fees charged for every transaction using the ethereum platform are still very expensive, so that currently there are many other platforms that provide convenience at low costs.
you are right @legendary1979  , that later if eth2.0 has been launched there will be a change from now on so many will return to using the ethereum platform again.
at this point of course is to avoid using the ethereum platform if it is not absolutely necessary.

The ETH network needs higher gas fees to send a erc20 token. You can use other blockchain network, which requires low gas fees to make a transaction. I know its hard and costly to switch network but i think most of the project now have multichain support for their users so you can switch between blockchain by paying small fees.

A transaction fee is paid when a certain amount of cryptocurrency is transferred from one wallet to another. Transaction fees are flexible in nature and can vary based on how busy the blockchain is.

And for a minute i thought this is part of the basics that everyone most certainly meet before even beginning to hold crypto assets. Well that was only my thought and i could be wholly wrong with that. Every blockchain requires it native coin to settle all transactions in its network.
