In my opinion, this is a hopeless case - to file a lawsuit against the US Department of the Treasury about the illegality of imposing sanctions. And here there is practically no difference which company has been sanctioned, state or private. Russia has been continuously attacking the territory of Ukraine with its troops for six months now and shelling it with rockets and all types of weapons, while deliberately destroying its civilian infrastructure. Therefore, any company in Russia can be subject to sanctions, whether it provides direct assistance to the Putin regime or indirectly. She works in Russia and pays taxes there that could fund the war in Ukraine, and that's enough.
