Yesterday evening for service as our Bishop dey talk project him cun say em dey pity those people wey dey always procrastinate over their project because of the way building materials dey increased on a regular basis.
Him come say if we get any person wey get project for hand or anything wey them wan do for this time say make dem speeding because things go still heck pass like this, also take for instance dollars to Naira is about 1720 per USD so things go still increase.
Even as I go market my dear e no easy things wey I been dey use 10k to 20k buy then but now e no fit again even though I buy na just few things I go successfully buy and I come back home begin dey run my brain on wetin I really buy with those money. E pain me like say tomorrow no dey, transportation na worst since them say petrol na 800 per litter I no know how authentic this information be.
Abeg how una dey cope with una families especially those of una wey get upto 2 to 5 how una dey take feed for house.

I have heard some cases that, people bought comments at the time when cement was #5,000 and asked the vendors to keep the cement bags for them and thuy would come and carry it later in the months to complete their house works because it they keep the money they would spend them and suddenly cement skyrocket to 12k and the people who bought the cement bags at time went back to the place to carry their cement and only the vendors to tell them that price has changed so they have to pay for the new price of 12k. Omen see banta over there. And apart from joke, all building projects are suspended for now. It is only yahoo boys and politicians are building house for now.

If fact this matter no fit end there because since i give you the money cement never increased price and why him no keep my cement.
But if you look this matter somehow you go see the man way buy the cement they at fault because him for buy and carry him go than to leave it there without taking it home to keep. Na wetin make you no suppose blame the vendor wey sell out the cement before price heck to wetin we no know.

Naija just dey for random auto pilot mode. This country don tire person and our leaders dem no dey reason am at all to help the average nigerians. As it stands now, the price increment na all round because of the dollar naira exchange rate. Goods and commodities price just be like fire wey dem dey always add petrol to dey constantly increase to dey burn every time.
Unto the matter of cement, the price dey baffle me because na for we country here dem dey produce am so how come the price come bull run reach like that na. As at early this week, i been read for news say the oga dem wey dey for cement matter alias CEO's dem carry waka go meet our presido for office based on say them tell dem to come see presido to talk mata as e border cement price and dem come agree to reduce the cement price but we still dey wait to hear and see whether dem go implement am soonest or na just for mouth dem dey yan as usual.

If we had a well functioning government they would have put in a place a committee to regulate the prices of things in this country, but na the same government dey embezzle our money.

Wetin una dey talk, cement price never increase finish. Last week a man say en go price cement dey tell am 10k en go collect money come, dey say na 11k. He go back tell dey person way send am to collect money buy am, de price don change again. De man say en no buy again. Na within 2 hours, dey price don change 3times. Na wetin?

Thank God for genuine preachers like your bishop. During tough times like this, many people go call am time of trials and temptation, saying that it will soon be over. But we just fold hands without anticipating for a change in government. Just as Mr president has said: "it's now my turn". There is clearly no plan to make things better, except we as a nation and individual take this people out. Your bishop was right by urging the citizens to do things speedily. I literally don't have idea on the price of cement, because i have stopped following certain information since the beginning of this administration.

The way cement price take cost I no sure say many people go fit build house again for this country, how the price of cement go just go that kind high rate and the government is not even worried about it, this price don discouraged many people, many projects will be incomplete till something is done about this.

The meeting that government had, with cement manufacturers on Monday the 19th of February 2024 in Abuja, we have not seen the result up till now because the price of cement is still in the high side. Meetings upon meetings but no implementation of what was discussed in the meetings, listing Nigerian if care is not taken the price of cement will still remain the way it is up till the end of this year .may God help us.

I just say make I shook mouth for the matter wey dey really hit us hard for this country so, the thing don dey pass be careful ooh as price for things just dey increase every now and then, na only God go help us.
Surviving in Nigeria is really a miracle due to the high cost of living. this issues have really affect the country to the point that the common man sef no fit bear am again. I could remember very well as at when a bag of cement was sold for N1200 in this same country, then even the less privilege sef get privilege because him know sey e no get as e won be wey him no go see food chop before him sleep.
Make I stop here because if I won deliberate on this matter, na till tomorrow or next before chapter 1 go end.

Whenever I see the way things are going in this country, I feel like crying but to be honest is there really a way for from this economic crises? I don't think so because things are going from bad to worse and it's really appalling. Let's take a moment and reminisce on how this country was before the the reign of our recent leaders, I don't want to call names but am pretty sure you know the set of people am talking about. I pray things get back to normal so we can all live in peace again in this country.
