I think the only valid reason for them to disapprove of ETH ETF is the security accusation, which is arguably weak and would make their judgment feel inconsistent if they suddenly said ETH is a security after years of quiet approval that they are not. Then again Bitcoin ETF has been delayed many times without any new reasoning so I'd not be surprised if they hinged on this angle and used it as a reason to postpone ETH ETF many times in the future. I'm curious if they approve this on a bear market, whether there will be a significant impact, or will ETH still follow BTC price action.

There is always a reason for the SEC to disapprove an Ethereum ETF, as you said security. Some also say the supply is too large. Let's see what tools the SEC will use. or maybe the SEC will approve an ethereum ETF, that would be a very good thing if it happened. because it seems like ethereum lovers are waiting for this, and this will be good news for all altcoins, because later there will be other altcoin ETFs

I agree that mixers could be used for such goals. However, I would not name it a main purpose of mixers, because an intention not to be traced and remain anonymous doesn't always imply that we are talking about money laundering here. Sometimes it could be due to security reasons, or just due to the wish to stay in a shadow.

There are people who are more comfortable remaining anonymous because they have to reveal their identity or in this case have their transactions tracked. They use private technology from crypto. It doesn't mean they are doing money laundering or illegal activities. They use a mixer because they prefer this technology

If we talk about targets, we have to look at how long we will hold our Bitcoin.  If you want to hold until next year, I think you should increase your target to $125K or $150K.
It's reasonable to happen.  Because before halving Bitcoin has touched $52K.
We should have good analysis in determining targets by looking at market movements.
