Really? I have seen and noted people around me doing great through Cryptocurrency. Can we even change or influence Cryptocurrency? If yes, then maybe it will take a really long time,a good thinker and maybe a couple of sittings.

In the other sense of it, we humans are just been greedy, nothing seems to satisfy us, and in the verge of wanting more, we tend to do things out of the way(scamming).

Really true. Aggressiveness doesn't settle things in the best way, it only adds salt to injury. Just the same way an examiner marks a student down out of emotions. When you are bottled up in your emotions, the best is to calm down first if not you might end up hurting others.

You have answered it all in my opinion. You can't give what you don't have. To be able to moderate the forum well, you need certain qualities which you have duly mentioned. I will only add one more which is that a good moderator must be of a clean sheet and not criminal records(plagiarism or negative karma).
