”The purpose of this improvement proposal is to set a limit on the maximum size of the DAG to its initial state and no longer increase it on an epoch schedule.”

Why ETC? - We personally believe in ETC's core principles, one of them being immutability.

Making changes to Ethereum Classic consensus rules is “ungoverned” in a similar way to Bitcoin and Ethereum with little appetite for large numbers of consensus-breaking upgrades.

ETC is one of the potential coins because of its functionality, secure consensus mechanism and fixed monetary policy (limited supply of ETC tokens) make it ideal for decentralized and secure computing.

After the 51% attack on ETC network, where the attackers rented the hash power, which is required to control the network, Metronome (MET) released an update that it would develop contracts for deploying on the Ethereum Classic (ETH) network so that the transactions can be secured. Very recently, ETC Labs even introduced an ETC #DevelopmentTeam , which would be working on core ETC projects, wherein it would provide tools for decentralized applications development and supporting its blockchain services.
The Atlantis is a continuation of the actual ETH blockchain, which is one of the two protocol upgrades aimed at incorporating EIPs. This might contribute highly to ETC's success in preventing further attacks or hacks. Also,it might enable the migration of dapps much easier between the networks.

All these developments gave ETC reasons to rise up from the hashes, and maintain its stability. By the end of 2019, ETC might reach around $35, which would give it a greater boost. One can do etc btcexchange at the best rate at leading exchanges.
