When is the next bull Market

it is obvious that the crypto market is about Ups and down. the market movement raises when there is much trade and drops when the sells set in. the last bull market was unpredictable and i believe it was to usher in the New Decade.  we just tasted the bear,  when are we seeing the next bull please

I don't know whether this year the bull market will happen. I can't be sure because the market is unstable and there is still a lot of bad news about crypto. But if seen from the transaction volume to date, there could be a big increase in crypto.
