Due to the strategic adjustment of the project party of SBTC, MXC, under the request of the project party, will help handle the delisting issue of SBTC. The specific is as follows:

1. MXC will suspend SBTC rebase starting at 00:00 UTC+8, September 12.

2. Holders of SBTC have two methods to handle your position:
1️⃣MXC has closed SBTC deposit service, and the project party will place purchase orders with price higher than that on Uniswap. Holders can sell your position at the price. Users who choose this method shall sell your position before 19:59 UTC+8, September 13.

2️⃣Or holders can keep your SBTC position and wait for airdrop. The details are as follows: MXC will suspend SBTC/USDT trading at 20:00 UTC+8, September 13. Then, MXC will record user's position of SBTC. Based on user's holding amount, the ETH and ULU airdrop will be airdropped accordingly.

The 10 shares of IOST3S, OKB3S and LEND3S will be merged into 1 share respectively. Consequently, the net value per share of IOST3S, OKB3S and LEND3S will be up 10 times, while the user's holding amount will be down to 1/10. In this connection, user’s total asset will stay the same after the merging.
