One can expect it can be reduced but scammers will always find a way to scam the people. Whatever the tools we will use but we all know there are always some loopholes and scammers will take benefit of that to scam again. Definitely, regulation attracts more adopters and investors in the crypto market, and To avoid getting hacked avoid downloading from unknown links and should also avoid clicking random links unless you know it's safe to click.

No one will do this, because the main advantage of the blockchain is anonymity, and identity verification will not bring much results, because attackers will find ways to forge documents and so on.It is better to make a mechanism for tracking transactions during hacking.

 In the crypto world lately, its almost impossible not to fall victim of all the various scams out there and its really thoughtful that initiatives about scam companies  like this are set up to rescue people from these crooks.
