What makes you think that Digital Yuan makes China be more powerful?
I don't see any big reasons for Digital Yuan to improve China's economic/financial power. It is only another form of Yuan, digital Yuan and fiat Yuan. But a good thing about this digital Yuan is China knows how to follow a good potential in digital currency. It will be more flexible and easy to transfer than fiat Yuan.

Maybe it wilk take several years to know impact of digital yuan.
China made digital yuan, they believed we will see digital era at the coming future.
So, No reason doubt with this technoligy will have good impact at the coming future.
Hopefully, others countries will follow it

For any country going for stable they should state if the coin will limited or we expect more production the future, I dont like it to be mined though. Trading other stable coin to yuan is another business, the margin might just be small. Yeah digital yuan will make China even more powerful to against crypto currency.
But we all know crypto technology will always being updated.
I don't think crypto will be bitten by yuan digital.
I think Both will go on their own platform.

Keep calm bro, I think digital yuan is not a threaten for crypto.
Crypto currency will always exist for along years again.
Crypto has own community.
I think crypto is more profitable to invest than digital yuan.

China already has a predominant position in the classical economy produces a lot of goods even if often poor at little price, the digital yuan will only strengthen its position on the markets but i personally would not trust to invest in a centralized crypto under the control of Chinese banks i don't think it represent a danger for other cryptocurrencies anyway

How people will trust CBDC when they do not trust the current banking system. If you are a small capital owner then the bank will not do any problem for you but if you are a large capital owner then you will have to face a lot of questions about your funds.
