I need to know something: is it the tokensale of vaultswap that is starting on p2pb2b or the token itself is listed for trading when the tokensale is yet to be finished?

Why is the Decentralized Finance niche of cryptocurrency such a burgeoning(and also dangerous) arm? Criminal elements have mostly taken over that sector. And I would not invest top dollar on any DeFi project til that sector gets some sort of regulation
