It's hard to tell what is better, everything depend from very particular and personal situation.

I think that mix of both can give also good results which is holding and trading.

Many people steel need to learn trading and many do it but we can call it better gambling than trading.

It's so easy as to click few buttons and many will try despite zero knowledge, I know because I did it myself long time ago when Forex was a big thing online.

With totally zero knowledge started to trade Fiat pairs on Plus 500, luckily chosen good broker

It can swing both  ways, trading coin can result to earning big if there is a green market with a short period, like wise holing a coin for the a long period if there is price improvement of the coin in the future.
I will say that it depends on trading experience, strategies, and some kind of luck, while holding depends on the coin market growth over a certain period you are holding the coin.

If i have skills for trading i can do that even better to make money with daily trading. Unfortunately I don't have skills to do daily trading so I mostly do my asset holding provided I buy crypto assets that have high demand.

Actually it depends on which coin you are holding and how well you are managing the trading market. Some times we see someone  choosing shit coins for trading that make lose and at the same way some are holding bad coins that may be also lose project for him. So selection is very important in everywhere.

Both of these options are very risky. And I've tried these options and have always failed. Because you need to be able to hold and trade a coin and this is a big risk.

There are also good benefits to coins hold. It's not that you don't get Benefit by hold coins.You have to wait for a few days or a few months.  Crypto trading is also a good thing in that you get the benefits quickly as well as the losses.
