I don't know if there is a "best way" to trade altcoins. Each coin has its own time. Maybe just look for coins with good use case, check its roadmap to monitor its future activities. It is important that you are updated as  they usually pumps when there's a "big news" coming.

Lots of great advise in this thread. But I wanted to add, make sure your coin has some purpose or utility, that it has a future, so to speak. And that they try to actually stick to goals, and that they have a good team who knows what they are doing. Those things, combined with GRET PR will carry many coins through tough times, and make them skyrocket during good ones.

Choosing a good exchange place, investing in some coins and not just 1 coin, do not use all your money for investment and reserve about 25% to 40% to buy if the price is bad.

It really depends on how/what you plan to trade. If you want to trade regularly with larger volume coins, then best to look for an exchange with high liquidity and low trading fees. If you want to buy and hold, then look for the best coin price low withdrawal fees. Trading free coins can be difficult, as normally you will only have received a small number, so those would have to be dealt with on an individual basis.

It depends on the traders. If they want you increase or decrease they can do that. So we better check always the amount of the trading site. But altcoins are difficult to trade. But try to etheruem they say eth are easy to trade in.

Trading altcoins is easier said than done but the best way to trade is buy when the supply is high and sell when the supply is low.
