How to do gas fee

Hi all, I just started a project and using BSC contract. Most of the parts are done but now I have 1 question about gas fee.
When I release the token to the market, I want 5% gas fee automatic go to a separate wallet so how do I set it up like that? I am using remix, and metamask and pancake swap.
