But I think we will always see the red market as long as this year and the next year.
It will happen until 2024.

I understand how you feel. But I think you have the necessary experience in this industry to know that the market will change, nobody knows when, but it will change. On the other hand, the current market offers very good investment opportunities for many people, and I personally have the experience to know when I have to take advantage of the opportunities. Mixing emotions to investments (crypto or FIAT) is very detrimental to our mental health, we must move on.

In my opinion, when conditions like this occur, this is a very good time to buy cryptocurrencies in very large quantities because the prices are still cheap can make you profit when the price recovers, and most importantly when you are stuck at high prices, do not sell assets in cheap price.

Look at where the market is now then it was even better cos I believe Bitcoin was trading around $58k then and was just about 17 days from its ATH on Nov 10, 2021. Only if we knew that we were going into a full-length bear market, however, the bear market isn't totally bad as it gives us another opportunity to buy some lower price coins as we have seen in previous bears that the market will rebound once the circle is completed so nothing much to worry about.

Every great thing has a bad side also, in crypto which is a bear market , bear market traps many newbie traders who think that this coins running upwards only and they end up buying at its all-time high price from where the market takes U turn making people trapped in trades and lose money, in a bear market we should only focus on buy and filling our bags buying coins at their lowest point which I am doing currently.

This is wholly true mate! It's 100% better to not make profit than to end up losing from a trading venture that went south.

In my own situation, I eventually got used to gaming as well as facing my work, learning and other offline ups and downs. The market is sometimes better for one to stay clear off the charts.
