Yes, i mostly agree with opinion stated by their editor. Although ETF won't make people actually adopt Bitcoin since they use custodial service and can't create Bitcoin TX as they want.

We all know the stance the US has in every sector of economic development, especially finance. Their involvement always finds a way of attracting other countries/bodies. The opposing force that is resisting the adoption of crypto in the US is only causing harm to the US, considering that other countries are not interested in what the US has to say before adopting it for themselves.

No doubt, they are trying to protect the finance and the interest of every citizen, but the truth is that cryptocurrency can never be a win-win situation. The volatility, especially in Bitcoin, is something else, which means profits and losses are guaranteed.

I think the regulatory bodies are being overzealous with this protection act because I don't understand why AI usage/development isn't facing such control, even when it's certain that it can cause harm in the future. Maybe Satoshi Nakamoto did the right thing by remaining anonymous.
