Living and unhealthy lifestyle is very expensive because when you choose to leave an unhealthy lifestyle unfortunately, your choice comes with a very expensive price both to your pocket and your health. Research gives a clear picture that lack of inactivity and bad nutritional lifestyle lead to various health problem. Medical expenses ,, health problem like heart disease, or obesity can lead to cost medicine treatment 2. Lost production : indury From an unhealthy lifestyle or reduce production , which can impact earning. 3. Non- medical expenses: like drinking alcohol, smoking and unhealthy habits.  4. Health insurance: unhealthy lifestyle can lead to a premium and copays, especially you have a serious health conditions.

Why would an unhealthy lifestyle be expensive? Don't you know that the inexpensive ones are the foods which are unhealthy? I don't think you get the right thing with food because it's more expensive if it is healthy. All the organic ones and less processed ones cost more than processed food. The processed food would lead you to the health problem and it's not expensive.

In terms of the lifestyle choices, it would lead you to a cheaper living but the cost of "LIVING" when you are sick is the expensive one.

Yes it is good  to save your money, but at some point, some people save money even when they fall sick or ill they won't buy drugs or take good medication, because they think it is wasting of money... that isn't right.

I agree with you. When you spend money on good food, good clothing, good shelter and exercise regularly and ensure that these things are always kept clean you will stay a long time without having to pay for a hospital bill except for an accident. But when the reverse is the case, you will spend X2 paying for hospital bills. So, stay healthy and spend less.
