Bounty Managers accountable for Scam projects ?

I agree, Why we need to blamed some bounty managers if the project is the real scammer. Yes there's some bounty managers that doing such thing like not distributing the tokens or payments when they saw that the project is really good but most of the time the real scammers is those projects that payed them to do a bounty management.

So true. Because the Project Manager is what makes this Project Scam and deceives all of us as Investors and as Bounty Hunters. On the other hand we also as Investors or Bounty Hunters must be careful in choosing Projects in ICO which are really promising and not Scam anymore. Hopefully this fraud will not happen to friends here.

Bounty managers cannot be blamed for scam projects unless he/she had knowledge of the scam and still decided to launch the campaign.
