add to Misbehaving, all posts moderated now. This is a problem that keeps repeating again and again, spammers create new accounts and then they spam again, I hope admin can block users who have the same ip who do spamming

Thank you @hair. But I still think the best thing would be to be able to mute those users indefinitely with just one click, otherwise it's a waste of time and it's frustrating.

Yes I think so. I hope admin can apply this feature. currently can only be temporarily muted, it doesn't help to fight spammers. are they bots?

I'm not 100% sure, but what we can see is that many of these "users" follow a pattern and copy and paste their own posts to each other. Those users should be able to be muted indefinitely with a single click.

You can never be sure. Just use duck test: "if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck." It doesn't really matter if someone is not a bot if he behaves like a bot.

May be you can but I have no new options.

As long as main paradigma is that bots can get better and start behaving right no additional complication of system won't work. The system is overcomplicated already. And bots just need to be banned immediately not to bother real users and not to waste time of moderators whom we are losing and losing.
