This user is sending infinite block spam again.

They are on 3 strikes, but a couple of posts have slipped through the mod net it seems.
I was purging 3 strike content yesterday so may have been me 
Shouldn't happen again.

Thanks. I placed market2021 in misbehaving though as already warned 3 times this month from 3 different mods with +65% and 0 success it seems. Also gave a plagia strike for the reason MrSpasybo mentioned. Either way, I doubt this user with learn or change, so best moderated until proven otherwise.

elenajolly could mainly do with simply posting in the correct forum sections, hence perfect choice of warning template sent. +1
