Nice mate, I have come here to report about this user after informing me by babu10. You already reported. Good job. 
This user posted several unnecessary posts which is totally spam. I have sent his 1 topic to #Trashed with 20% warning. Global Mods will take further action if necessary.

If you ask me, this user knew exactly what he was doing. Whether he has now drunk alcohol, taken drugs or not, such behavior is a reason for Perma Ban.
Btw, you should remove all of his posts.TY

Not sure Malam90 can delete posts in altcoins section, but can probably move to Trash instead, it's just a bit annoying to do...
A global mod gave an extra +20% for posts to be moderated. I've also given an another extra +20% so the user is muted for now (can't try and post).
Otherwise sent to misbehaving with 2 strikes and -karma. So user has been temporarily muted, all future posts now moderated.

There's no need for a perma-ban, they will just get 3 strikes if they try and spam again, then only admins will see the unapproved posts

I can only delete, move topic& reply the sections i am mod. I also have access to move topic to trash but can't delete or move single comments other than my sections. That,s why i only moved one topic, but no option to move or delete other comments of this user.

After some members have lost money it will be too late. Such actions should be prevented from the start.
