This user continues to send spam messages about Cryptocurrency exchange software.

I did send the first post to the Black Hole (tagged for a 4 strikes initiative) and gave 3 strikes, but seems like post still slipped through.
I've since removed from Misbehaving group, as I think it meant posts were still moderated (when it's the dominant profile tag), despite giving 3 strikes (posts administrated).
I've kicked out other 3 strikes members from misbehaving now so posts shouldn't get through to mods anymore... let me know if you see any though.

The rules in the Marketplace forum say that you should describe clearly whether you are selling or buying something. That was followed at the beginning, but unfortunately we don't have any mods that create order there. Now we have announcements, referrals, advertising ... all in one place. I know the admin will say let them go, but why do we have the rules when everyone does what they want and knows the loopholes? That will not help the forum, the number of such people who will take advantage of the disregarded rules will increase. That's the only thing that will grow.

It all depends on needs. if do not need a report on the bounty section it is considered spam. Since February 18th, we agreed to give warning them 0%. if he/she still do it again, we can give a 10% warning and so on. it is very effective to reduce spam in the bounty section

Right, already spam has been reduced almost except few ones after taking action from February 18, 2021.
