I agree with others in the thread, only the top altcoins will survive, very few (if any) out of the top 100 will be worth much in the future in my opinion.
I think specifically it will be the peer-to-peer currencies that will do well after the bear market, not like BCH, LTC and DASH, but more likely; XRP, XLM and ADA. I' not much of a fan of any of those, but I think they will do well, in the same way Bitcoin was initially popular for being a peer-to-peer currency. I also think ETH and some other blockchain platforms will do well in the future, but for other reasons, such as their practical applications with financial institutions. In my opinion, it's more of a store of value now, which opens the door for other projects to provide the currency & fast exchange functionality.
