Steem - Steemit Forum / Re: How many STEEM do you have?
« on: December 16, 2018, 01:55:22 AM »
Many social media platforms use voting systems, such as upvotes, shares or “likes” to prioritize content. Steem incorporates these concepts into a unique, blockchain-based platform that pays users in STEEM for their contributions to the network. While STEEM and bitcoin are both cryptocurrencies, STEEM’s usage is specific to social networks.

Steem - Steemit Forum / Re: how many followers you have in steemit
« on: December 16, 2018, 01:53:34 AM »
First off, you want as many followers as you can get. This will ensure your message gets out to as many people as possible. Second, you should not go follow for follow. You need to be intentional with who you follow.

Dash Forum / Re: Dash Future
« on: December 15, 2018, 08:29:23 PM »
In the cryptocurrency space, there still is a lot of people who believe that Bitcoin is the one and only currency to rule them all. Competing projects such as Dash and Ethereum are routinely ridiculed, even though they introduce concepts that Bitcoin can’t or will take years to do so, for reasons I will explain later.

Dash Forum / Re: WOULD YOU CONSIDER DASH?

This is by far the main reason why millions of car drivers have decided to invest their time and money in dash cams, especially in Russia, where you can see the highest number of dash cam users at the moment.

Dash Forum / Re: Can dash push into the top five coins?
« on: December 15, 2018, 08:23:31 PM »
The fact that the crypto markets have not been affected by the decline in the stock markets in the past few days is a positive thing. If this outperformance continues, we anticipate some speculative money to shift to cryptocurrencies, resulting in a sharp upward movement.

Dash Forum / Re: Dashcoin won't die, really?
« on: December 15, 2018, 08:14:56 PM »
Let's get this straight - I'm not here to complain about my shitty investment into the Antminer D3 which I've bought 10 of already, but I want to be frank about what the hell just happened - in ONE FOUL SWOOP, Bitmain managed to flood out one of bitcoin's main competition by showing just how weak their hashing algorithms were in terms of scalability for its mining community.

Stellar Forum / Re: Stellar DEX and Waves DEX, Which Is Better?
« on: December 12, 2018, 12:05:00 PM »
All that has passed constitutes the earliest eras of blockchain technology. The mechanisms and means for cryptocurrencies to gain legs and globalize adoption is the work of this current time period.

OMG will launch (Q4 2017) their white label Wallet SDK (Software Development Kit). Meaning, any company / app / developer can use OMG's SDK (as they would use Angular or Wordpress) to develop a wallet and a transactions interface, on the blockchain, in a way that is completely customizable to fit their own brand and design (it's white label, so it's just a programming kit, there's no such thing as a logo or OMG brand, it will just be a programming tool for developers: just like when you visit a website, you have no clue if it was made with React or with Angular).

OmiseGO (OMG) Forum / Re: what amount of USD can OmiseGo hit before 2019
« on: December 10, 2018, 01:43:41 AM »
OmiseGO regards itself as “the answer to the fundamental coordination problem among payment processors and financial institutions”. This implies that it targets to operate not just as a digital coin, but also as an alternative to cryptocurrency exchanges.

Dash Forum / Re: What is the future of the DASH?
« on: December 09, 2018, 04:17:19 PM »
Other novelties are planned for crypto currency, which should still boost DASH.For example a brokerage service with free bank transfers. But also an opportunity to exchange DASH with 20 fiduciary currencies. Also planned, DASH vending machines and even an integration of health care.

Dash Forum / Re: what does Dash do better than Bitcoin?
« on: December 09, 2018, 04:13:51 PM »
It's not really hard to be better than Bitcoin on a technological level. Even Dogecoin is "better" than Bitcoin due to faster and cheaper transactions. Many would argue the community is much better there as well. Most importantly not nearly as toxic.

Litecoin Forum / Re: Is litecoin affordable and convenient to everyone?
« on: December 08, 2018, 11:27:45 PM »
I like vertcoin, verge, neo, omise (cos I want to buy maccas in Thailand!), and factom. I haven't done a heaps of research into those coins and I don't have a lot invested in them. It is more of a speculative gamble with money .

Litecoin Forum / Re: Litecoin prices go down too far, will Litecoin die?
« on: December 08, 2018, 11:26:06 PM »
According to Forbes, there are at least five reasons for optimism when it comes to projecting Litecoin’s 2018 outlook. The first one is that Bitcoin’s growths and futures trading, which spiked its prices. We can safely say that any positive developments in the Bitcoin community directly benefits Litecoin, not only because it trickles down to Litecoin and other cryptocurrencies, but also because the added traffic within the Bitcoin network drives up transaction fees and clogs the system, causing migration towards the Litecoin project.

Cryptocurrency Price Speculations / Re: Will ripple rise before next year?
« on: December 08, 2018, 12:56:21 AM »
This is the reason why Ripple is actually pretty undervalued currently. In the coming future, as it adds newer and newer clients to its structure, the Ripple will most probably be able to increase its market cap and value significantly.
