This question is very hard to understand as I don't know whether you want to day trade these 5 top cryptocurrencies [nofollow] or you want them for long term investment. If you are interested in the former, I would pick BTC, BCH, LTC, Tron, and Monero. For long term investing I would, however, most likely changed BCH and LTC to different coins.

Of course, those are good and potential altcoins. But I am curious that you don't consider EOS, Stellar, Cardano, and Tron. I think those four top coins are better than NEO. However, it is in my opinion, you may have another view.

Bitcoin Cash is quicker and cheaper than Bitcoin.Stellar provides fast and inexpensive cross-border payment services.Other altcoins I like are Ripple (XRP),ETH and EOS.For me these altcoins are the best for 2019.

There are so many altcoins now that are capable to moon in the coming months like Ethereum coin, Bitcoin cash, Dash coin, Ripple coin and etc. I am hoping one of these coin will compete with Bitcoin someday in the crypto market.
