It's really funny to see that a meme coin is going to take the position of USDT. As of now, USDT is having the 5th position with a marketcap of $52 Billion and Dogecoin is on 7th position with $40 Billion worth of marketcap on coingecko. Funny is that, dogecoin might take the position of USDT if it's pumped again by the influence of Elon Musk and make a new ATH of more than $0.43 which will help dogecoin to have $55 Billion worth of marketcap. Also, marketcap of USDT won't be increased until there is any minting event to increase the circulating supply as USDT is a stablecoin. BTW, Elon recently tweet this:

So do you think, USDT's going to lose the position because of the dogecoin hype or Not ?

None replied in this topic, but i just want to update others that DOGE is just on the way to overtake USDT. Lets see how long Doge will take to cross USDT. On the other hand, how long USDT will take to back on its previous position if it's lost the current position.

A lot of people don't fall into this section, so no one is answering this thread. For now Doge is ranked 6th and USDT remains at 4th. Now the condition of Dogecoin is going down, if it goes up again, the USDT position could be overtaken by Dogecoin.
