In a few hours, 2021 will end (at least in my time zone) and we will begin the new 2022. But before the end of the year I would like to ask this community a question. Of all the projects that have appeared in the industry this year, which of them has caught your attention?. What projects have you invested in and which ones are you going to keep in the long term?. I am curious to know your answers.
It does not matter if you have not invested, if you have participated in bounties and have the coins/tokens, I would also like to know your opinion.

I am actually always missing the train and so I am left now in the Terminal (remember that movie with Tom Hanks?). I am sure that 2021 was a very colorful year for the cryptocurrency industry as we experienced so many ATH moves for many coins and tokens but unfortunately I failed to be a part of them all. Maybe I am still living in the cave lol. As to bounty projects, there was nothing in particular that really made me a significant money all of them are just so-so and many also just evaporated and many chose to not honor their part of the bargain. Now, am hoping that 2022 can be different for me.

I think one of the projects that caught my attention was the Shiba Inu, I was invested some of it and also gained some profits but not that big because I was sold it too early before it was going bigtime especially in the last quarter of 2021 I was surprised on how Shiba Inu was patronized by many investors and waking up now that it was already held by more than a million wallets.

There os nothing best to me except btc. I was always holding it to get profit and it always gave me huge profit. However if you ask me about new project and token the name is Sol. Which was really potential and we all know that it will be a great future. I am still holding this asset to gain more profit in upcoming years 2022 and surely it will give us a good profit. I also tell about avax which was really amazing like sol i have gotten huge profit from it as well and those have a great future you may invest right now hopefully you will get a good return soon.

To stay with the topic, I will also present my favorite projects that I have invested in.
First I would mention Next Earth, a matter close to my heart, the project where I have invested the most money. As we know, there is no way around Metaverse, it shouldn't just be ignored. While it will take a few years to fully use it, investments in the Metaverse should be made now.
Why Next Earth and not any other?
Well, I am also invested in other Metaverse projects, but too late and too little on Sandbox and Decentraland, currently the best developed Metaverse. But I can best identify with the exact image of the earth, where I swim like a fish in the water. We also have several of them at the moment, it started with Earth 2, but Earth 2 is not on blockchain and so the NFTs don't belong to me. So, blockchain is a must first. In addition, the property is still so much cheaper to get hold of than on E2 or Sandbox / decentraland. And yet the value of the virtual properties we bought went up there, even though we don't even have a token. It won't come until the end of January.

But that is only a net worth, the real value is determined by the supply and demand. In other words, the price has risen, but the purchase price per tile is still below $1 and will rise to a maximum of $100 if everything is sold out in one country. Only then does supply and demand come into question. Of course, some sights sell better than others, but there is a purpose for land that is nowhere. You will be able to stake the land, rent it, upgrade it, make a LandArt of it. Maybe build something on it yourself, other dig the recourse out of it. Some of this will be possible from February when the token is there. And when VR comes, it will be a completely different world.
But before that happens, the big companies will come and will be happy to search for advertising space and will want to buy their land.
As you can see, we're still so early, the possibilities are endless, that's why I took this opportunity.

But there is still a Metaverse project where I have invested and it has already really paid off. Because of this project I don't have to work full time anymore, at the moment I only work 30%, the rest I spend at home, find out about new projects, earn my money as a Discord moderator.
The project is called CEEK VR, a music metaverse where concerts in VR can be attended. I really liked the idea, invested around 1k, staked it as liquidity in the ApeSwap and BOOOOM ... from 0.003 to 0.9 $ in 4 months. I sold half at 0.85 and the rest is half in stable coins, the other half I have invested in other projects.
These projects are a bit more risky and I have secured a little and invested in the same way as in the CEEK; in the form of PL and staking in the farm also ApeSwap. I get 150 bananas / approx. 1 $ each), still. Here are these projects: DAR, GAN, GMEE, LAND RELAY, STZ, SKILL, BABI and NFTY
There are other projects where I have positions from which I expect good performance:
Seedify, already a full hit,
Reef, DeFi that will make me rich, along with DFI
PPay, PAID, Chromia, together with Seedify the future launchpads for GameFi.
Also, I'm still sending my ships to the missions on Alien World and getting a lot of TLM back.

The interesting project from this forum I think is MYID and Beyond, and I invest in the MYID project and hold it for the long term because I have confidence that MYID can provide long-term benefits

Quite frankly, this wasn't a direct investment but from a bounty, BP Beyond Protocol and Sovryn were my best crypto engagement from bounty and BNB was my best direct crypto investment. I remember buying BNB when it was around $39 and held it until it hit $600+ Overall, 2021 was a good crypto year and hoping better for 2022 ;)

The interesting project from this forum I think is MYID and Beyond, and I invest in the MYID project and hold it for the long term because I have confidence that MYID can provide long-term benefits
I think beyond protocol has good team and good project.
Hopefully this project will success and gain more investors.

ETNA is a great choice! Everything about DeFi, with features including lending, borrowing, and a hybrid liquidity protocol, will be trending in 2022. I also really like the Citizen Finance project, I think this year it will also show a pump.

I know how you feel @TomPluz. Sometimes we have the best projects right under our noses and we do not realize it while we delve into others that later do not give the desired results, I guess that has happened to all of us but it's also a matter of patience. Many projects appear every day, but it is humanly impossible to study them all to find the best ones and to be able to invest in the ones that are most interesting to us, even discarding memecoins (I don't pay attention to those projects), it's hard to keep track of projects that actually add something to the industry.

In my opinion, one of the best projects of 2021 is Shiba Inu. It's fascinating what this project has done so far and still making headlines every day. I am feeling totally fascinated by another project called Solana. I saw that coins price below 10$ now looks at the price of it. It's totally insane to make that much growth.

For new crypto projects, I hope I will mention BP project but seeing the current progress of BP price seems not as expected. Betfury is probably one of the good crypto projects in 2021. The progress of the platforms looks good, many people are joining it day after day. Also, we can see that BFG price looks promising. While for old projects, I think Solana, Polygon, Axie Infinity, Sandbox, and Shiba Inu are the best. Those crypto platforms have improved very well during 2021.

Beyond Protocol was made public in 2021, but they've actually been working on the project since 2018. And even though the value of the token has gone down a lot, I think that's not really a problem, as the basics are still the same and the price can recover. From the year 2021 I also like Neptune Mutual, which offers parametric coverage with guaranteed stable coin liquidity among many other things, and Quarashi, a very complete wallet that will give a lot to talk about thanks to the development of the team.

For me one of them was Deip. The shift from Web2 to Web3 will be aided by DEIP. The entire crew is aware of what Web3 is and where it stands in the future. We shall hear the project's name a lot in the future if it has the desired effect.

2021 was a great year in the crypto industry. A lot of good things happened that actually benefited the growth of the crypto community. The Sand project was the project that did well for me. There was a great profit in holding sand for a very long time. I am still holding some.

There is no better coin than ethereum and bitcoin nowadays. if you want to invest for long term bitcoin and ethereum is the right answer. but if you mean altcoins maybe you can see BNB and SOL which are no less interesting to be used as investment vehicles.
The current bounty is really very challenging. Even though there are few bounty participations now, the bounty rules are very complicated and also the thin allocation is an obstacle. very sad it looks different from 2017 there we see the bounty always provides the best allocation. I liked the beyond protocol and digital arms cryptocurrency projects most of all because with beyond protocol I got a good profit and I still hold a certain amount of beyond protocol tokens, but about digital arms, there will be IDO this month and I am waiting for tokens distribution from digital arms team and in general I have high expectations from this company.

I agree with your opinion. Because this coin became very popular in 2021. But its role in the current market is much more. Understand the rate at which the demand for this currency is increasing day by day Going to know where their position will go. To me this coin is a very popular platform.

But for now we will see shiba is struggling again, I think the character of meme coins are always the same.
I personally do not like meme coins, just buy and sell at short term when FOMO.
Because meme coins are not suitable for long term investment.

That Buterin has donated his tokens does not imply that the project is good. I think it has only been hype (once again) of something that they said would be innovative, something that they have not fulfilled as we already know, and the worst thing is that new "projects" like Shiba Inu appear every day.

Cartesi is the best project in my opinion.

Cartesi is a token from erc20 designed for Linux-based coin development.
I fully support Cartesi and this is the right step for me to re-open the old page which I have supported since the first bounty event was launched.

We known cardano has launched smart contract platform.

One of the main factors that BNB can be the best, in my opinion is also because of the BSC network that is widely used by new Crypto projects. With this, many people know BNB and buy it, this will automatically increase the popularity of this Coin.
