Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Against Binance for Allegedly Selling Unregistered Crypto Securities

A lawsuit against Binance accusing the cryptocurrency exchange of selling unregistered crypto securities has been dismissed. The plaintiffs listed nine cryptocurrencies in the lawsuit. I think some of these lawsuits are planned by some enemy of crypto exchanges, order wise, I see no basis in sueing an organised company for selling crypto (ie, called unregistered security). Some people just want cheat publicity and to make unnecessary wealth in a way they thought to be easy. I think this is a plus to Binance and other exchanges

I am a big supporter of Binance and though I am not in favor of it being a very centralized organization yet is it providing us many excellent services that guys like me really need. Glad to see this lawsuit finally settled though I am sure that this is not going to be the last as there can be more coming and we could not stop these people from doing as they also exercise their own right to sue. However, these are the things that can test Binance and can make it even stronger.
