All of these cryptocurrency mining opportunities were in Russia before the Putin regime launched a military invasion of Ukraine. This put at stake not only the military or economic power of Russia, but in general its continued existence within the current borders. It may happen that the Urals, Siberia and the Far East will no longer belong to today's Russia. The peoples oppressed by Russia for centuries, having felt the weakness of the central government because of this war, can achieve separation from it. And without the oil and gas of Siberia, Russia is almost an empty place.
