Greetings to all new as well as Old users.
As I have seen that many users are joining the bounty but they don't read the rules of the bounty thread and just seem in hurry to get some free money fast despite of being thinking that they are ruining the Project as well as the Bounty manager's reputation.
Please Don't Do:-
1) After being accepted in any bounty, Don't Spam in the Project official TG group, Reddit, etc.
2) Read the complete rules, and if don't understand anything or want to clarify anything then ask in Bounty chat, not in Project official Group.
3) Don't use multiple accounts.
4) After finishing the bounty, don't be in hurry, Don't rush for the reward as the Reward distribution date is mentioned in the Bounty thread and sometimes it takes longer to distribute the reward.
5) Please respect other members, Bounty Managers, and Bounty Team, as it takes a lot of effort to bring any good bounty.

I am thinking to join any bounty to learn the process but need some time to reach high level and thanks for giving all the advices everyone need to respect other members .

Frankly, I don't understand their ways, for example spamming in the official group, using more than one account, impatient to get a gift, constantly asking questions in the telegram gift group, as if BM is in charge of the prize. and of course the first problem that occurs is not reading the general rules or failing to understand at the beginning.
I also really wanted a bounty reward, but after a while I was ready to be disappointed.

Bounties are a free rewards for forum users i but for availing and take full advantage we need to give the project full focus and they pay us the reward for promoting the project so they hire us as a worker, so we need to take this responsibility seriously.

I actually aggre with op. I've seen in several telegram group bounty hunters spamming the groups asking retatrded question and somethings asking same question multiple times which gives your the impression that such hunter is prolly just a kid who got his hands on a computer and started hunting for bounties.

it seems that there must be communication that continues to be well established and can solve problems wisely and quickly. but everything seems chaotic because a lot of rules are not done right.
The simple thing that often happens is that information regarding distribution is not on time as promised, and even continues to experience delays so it is natural that bounty telegram communications still occur, when they are not resolved, making them run to the project's official telegram group.
it ended up hurting the project and obviously bounty hunter had no intention of doing that but it happened because of poor communication.
indeed if possible not communicate on telegram or reddit, discord but returned to the forum thread because it may not clash with the project directly and is easy to control because accounts cannot be manipulated.

Thanks for the valuable information. I am new in the forum and I will try to follow the instructions you have shared. I also want to join the bounty, but I still need to learn more about the forum and Crypto.
